Nowadays, several people assume that elderly people might play a crucial role in human society while others believe that investing in youngsters might be more worthy than seniors. Then, I will elaborate on both views and give my own opinion.
To start with, we should understand why old age is valued. Elderly people raise the younger generation, they share their experience and teach adolescents morality. History is cyclical, and many situations repeat themselves from time to time, and so people don't change, and their behaviour too. In this case, experience and wisdom is needed to help younger people to communicate right.
On the other hand, others tend to invest money in youngsters whom governments expect to be a potential generation. The young generation might open up numerous opportunities to change the entire world which have been proved in the history timeline. For instance, in World war II, Kalashnikov who is a genius Russian soldier created the AK-47and took a vital role in the victories of the Russian army. Furthermore, several researchers have indicated that young adults who are not dependent on qualifications might be more creative than experts. Various incredible inventions have been created due to an immediate thought which mostly receives a good investment on their projects.
To sum up, in my opinion, both old age and youth should be valued equally, because they play significant roles in our life and contribute to the society. Furthermore, both generations are constantly interacting with each other, hence they are the life power, the engies of life.
