Few people believe nurses, doctors and teachers certain employees are lower valued because they are getting less paid than the less risky jobs, coming to film stars or general managers and other higher officials are having more income but work done by them is in small portion. I agree with salaries should be based on their performance not on their fame. The criteria must focus mainly on how much amount should be given for their work. To begin with, nurses doctors and teachers have been Challenged every day throughout their employment and they have to improve their knowledge as well as skills regarding their work. The risk included in it is also very high because they have the power to change many lives. For example, if the doctor is doing an operation their total body should be in control and they have to be focused on one particular location, the operation should perform well to save the life of a person. In addition, the movie stars are doing their work in a simple way they do not take much risk. They act at a particular location which is safe for them and later the video shot gets edited by some VFX employees. For example, marvel the multi-universe is shot in a single location in a film city and then it is edited into such a way as a visual wonder. There will be less amount of risk for this particular profession. In conclusion, risk-taking employees are having fewer salaries, the amount of money getting paid in larger portion to fame positions.
