Wearing uniform should be important for teachers too

People believe that wearing school uniform should be compulsory for the children because it provides them an identity. I firmly believe that teachers should also have a proper uniform in schools. Not only it makes children understand that rules in school are similar for everyone in the school but also encourage them to follow those set of rules. The school is a place where children are supposed to feel equal so, why do we have different rules for children than teachers? We are aware that wearing a uniform could really help the student to understand the value of discipline and why following a code of conduct is crucial to be successful and so the same rule should apply to the teachers too. For example, when teachers would wear a uniform like children do in the morning before going to school every day, they would understand how school is different from their home and why is it important to behave in a certain way in the school. Children look up to their teachers and, they learn from them every day. In order to make children understand the importance of wearing a uniform every day to the school, teachers should also wear a uniform or follow a proper dress code every day. To exemplify, it can get really annoying for the children to wear the same set of clothes every day, but they would understand if they would see their teachers doing the same. To conclude, wearing a proper set of clothes everyday by teachers to school does not only make children feel equal but also encourage them to follow those rules and, understand the value of discipline in their life.
