According to the map, the first site is located in the countryside, to the north-east of the town centre and south-east of the university. It is situated outside the housing area and near to a 5 kilometres of main road that connects the Town Centre and Sturry. For those who reside in Sturry, the first site wil closer and easier to reach.
The second site is located in the south of the Town Centre where it is surrounded by a housing area. This site is close to access to the 7 kilometres main road that links the Town Centre and Chartham and people need to go to the north of this town to reach the University. For those who live in the housing area, Chartham or in Town Centre itself, the second site will probably be more suitable for them compared to the first site.
