More and more people are suffering from health problems caused by modern life style which cannot be treated with modern medicine. Some people think that a return to traditional medicine should be encouraged. What extent do you agree?

On the one hand, there are still some diseases that cannot be prevented and treated by modern medicine although how many medical sciences have developed each day. At first, present-day ways of living and working have created an environment of excessive pressure, especially among society living in urban areas. Those busy earning a living, therefore, lack sufficient physical activities and frequent consumption of convenient food have a superb harmful effect on the body. As a result, humans become more prone to chronic illnesses like diabetes, high blood pressure, or cancer, which are hard to cure, if not diagnosed accurately from scratch. For instance, brain and liver cancer are still incurable and there is no breakthrough solution yet. Additionally, a survey in Vietnam stated that the appearances of these maladies are uncommon for those who have a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Even though there are still have incurable diseases, the better quality of the latest treatment can not be denied. On the other hand, part of the community believes that traditional medicine should be reintroduced. One of the factors is that most individuals want to avoid the negative side of modern drugs by using conventional treatment. For example, some people use ancestral massage for recovering pain from the body acne instead of using too many painkillers. Another reason is that people distribute smaller budgets on traditional methods. It is not worth spending costly fees hospital for a wound that can be cured without using high technology in the process. Finally, the classical idea of medication can be protected and will exist in current society.
