The company need to take their place to be large and develop. Therefore, one of the programs to support it is building a new large factory. I think as a program development manager, I will agree and support that program, althought the factory will build in my community. In this essay, I will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of this issue and present my view in favour of establishing new manufacture.
The large factory would be appearing in my area will be able to take a benefit for the company to grow up and inhabitants life will be change. The new office needs too many workers, because of that the company will be opening the opportunity for local people. Furthermore, the foreign workers need a place to stay near the factory and that’s a good reason for locals to make their daily facilities available such as opening a restaurant, homestay, etc. The crowd people will make a better economic cycle for my neighbourhood.
If we build something, I am very sure that it must have a negative impact. However, the company must think about how to make that impact in a small percentage. Establishing large manufacture will make the pollution for the environment. The air will be not as fresh as before, Water pollution, and noise pollution. The important point is that all the procedures must pass the Environmental Impact Assessment.
To sum up, I think that the new factory will change my community too much. I believe that the chance for people in my community can make them will be wealthier. So I would strongly espouse the new manufacturing program in my community.
