Modern forms of communication such as email and messaging tools have reduced the amount of time people spend seeing their friends. This has had a negative effect on their social lives. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In this modern world, the rapid development of technologies has deeply changed the way people communicate by sending or receiving information such as electronic mail or messaging tools instead of meeting their friends in person. Although some people believe that it has not socialized favourably with others, there are more benefits of these inventions. Firstly, sending text messages and emails play a vital role in our social life which provide us connecting with friends and family in no time with a cheap price nowadays. Secondly, these modern contact is a useful platform in our daily lives for education and language learning. For example, in my case, I learn other languages at websites on my own, then I have a chance to speak foreign friends who I still remain in contact with them through modern methods of communication. As a result, it accelerate my social circle and it can broad my mind by chatting and sharing interests each other. On the other hand, as social networks allow humans to spend less time in real life, they find the virtual world more enjoyable and addictive. Even though they become introverts and it is hard to coordinate with others, it is just a temporary and I think they will understand the true friendship between friends and spending quality time with buddies are more important than a text message later. Moreover, communicate via short messages do not have a detrimental effect on human social life. In conclusion, I totally disagree with that statement and it is obvious that using modern tools makes a quick way to have a conversation with beloveds and to study in a convenient way, especially when compared to the old days.
