It is often thought that distance learning cannot achieve the same advantages as traditional learning in which students attend lectures in colleges and universities. I completely disagree with that point of view and in my opinion, nowadays online learning is more convenient for modern generations in our community than face-to-face learning. At the outset, one of the most significant benefits of the distance-learning is that it is cost-effective, so this merit makes it suitable for needy people to be able to learn their children. For example, some of those people suffer from economic hardships, but as a result of low-priced learning, they can spend to learn their sons. Online learning may be good for people who have part-time jobs. They can follow their studying simultaneously with work. For instance, some people work as teacher assistants in universities, and they communicate with their professors for a sparse time. Thus, the distance-learning is more frugal and cozy than traditional learning. Secondly, there is a crucial point in the online type of study is that students can learn from their own place, hence this benefit is so beneficial for students who live in the countryside and have difficulties with transportation facilities. Another magnificent reason for preferring the distance-learning is that provides a flexible class schedule for students. They are capable of changing the appointments of lectures or lessons according to their daily conditions. That is why it is important to apply online learning in our schools and universities. In conclusion, I strongly agree to encourage the distance-learning because it is more advantageous than the traditional type of learning.
