I have recently stayed at your hotel - Pan Pacific Perth, in room 324 for three nights. I am writing to inform you that the room heating was ineffectual and despite a great location and friendly staff, I have had a bad experience staying at your hotel. I am hoping you would repair the central heating system so that no guest suffers due to the extreme weather. The room which was given to me had dysfunctional air conditioner. I raised the issue with the hotel staff and they told me that the maintenance engineer was not available. As a result, I requested them to change my room and they told me that hotel was at full occupancy due to a football event in the city. As it was not easy for me to find another hotel at that hour of the night, I had to stay in the same room for the whole night. I never thought that I would get such poor service at an expensive hotel like yours. I insist that you look into this problem as I do not want other customers to have the same experience. Also, it would be nice if you could consider refunding half of the money I paid or credit the loyalty points for my next stay.
