Many people believe that the gap between rich and poor is widening nowadays, because in the current economic situation the rich become richer while the poor become poorer. What are the problems this situation may cause? What measures can be taken to solve them?

A lot of individual are believed that the major issue their countries are facing is that the increasing imbalance between the wealthy and the poor. The contemporary state of economic have imparted to the wealthy getting wealthier and poor become poorer. The major reason for this phenomenon is a discrimination between the cast. The possible solutions can be given equal right. The chief cause of this issue is inequality between cast. Despite, having a good knowledge and degree it is hard to get fine job because government gives first priority to the lower cast people then knowledgeable person. Therefore, it led to unfair among the people. Take India as an epitome, major industries and regime are preferring those who have either work experience or belong to lower categories. Ergo, people do like to immigrant other countries likewise, Canada, U. S. A and many more. So at least they can get the prosperous life. However, there are other ways to overcome this problem by giving equal rights to other religions. To elaborate, organizations should not have to take people by their religion instead of they should get by degree then It should not be unfair. For example, in many nations, degree have equal value in the society in other words knowledge gives them a white collar job and work experience gives them Blue collar job which is not totally inequality. To sum up, the main reason for growing gap among rich and poor is a discriminations, in order to ameliorate this the government have to put the level support toward the citizens to get desired jobs.
