many people are interested in buying organic food even though it is often more expensive than normal food. what are some reason for that

Using organic products is becoming a trend in our life and more and more people chose them instead of non-organic or normal products. In my view, there are some main reasons. Firstly, organic food contains fewer pesticides, using pesticides or fertilizers in the wrong way causes a lot of harm to human health. So that, the rates of the minimum chemical in organic food, which is printed on the label, gives consumers the feeling of safe that others food can not. Secondly, organic food is often fresher, because it doesn’t contain preservatives that are used to store food last longer. That is why it has to be sold in a short time and more expensive than normal food. Furthermore, nowadays we start to care more about the environment, it’s a good sign, and organic food tends to be good for the environment. Organic farming may reduce pollution, conserve water or just use packaging friendly to the environment. So that many people chose organic food to protect the environment or support these activities. Last but not least, organic products can contain higher nutrition rates than other kinds of food and also GMO-free. There are a lot of positive reasons that we can enumerate but only 1 problem left that makes us concern about: the price. Personally, I’m willing to pay a higher price for better health.
