I am writing to you to give you information about our upcoming visit to your farmhouse as per our bookings for 5 people done on 1st May, Saturday.
I am Ally and booked a beach view farmhouse for a total of 5 people. As our visiting date is approaching, we will be there on 7th May 2021, i. e. Friday evening. We have booked your accommodation for a week which means from 7th May to 14th May, we will stay there.
Our purpose of the visit is to celebrate the birthday of one of my friends which will be on 10th MayWe require few things must be arranged accordingly.
Talking about facilities, we would need a hygienic and sanitized accommodation. Other than this, we do not know about cooking so we require a full-time chef for making dishes for normal days as well as for the birthday party. If you could arrange a sweeper to maintain cleanliness, it will be very kind of you.
I would greatly appreciate it if you consider these things.
