Altough historically it was believed that men are the breadwinner of the family, while women stays at home for the upbringing of their child but this conventional thinking has gone to the reverse wats nowadays. Well both the parents shares equal responsibilites for their offspring. If a mother can raise her child then why father can not do so? To commence with, in this modern scenario parents are supporting their daughters education and making them capable of being independent. They escort them that they are no where less than men and are efficient to achieve their goals. As in this present world it is very difficult to manage the financial expenses and to raise the families bearing such high expenses is like boiling the ocean. For epitome, my maternal aunt who works in firm getting more salary as compared to the uncle so they decided that uncle will stay at home for the nurturing of their child. Well, presently women are getting more chances in the working sectors due to their good communication skills, better paintence level as compared to the men. This results in the working of the wonen. Moreover, both the genders have equal access to the rights that is uplifting the women respect in the society. So they are getting possibilties to show the women empowerment in the male dominant community. Despite this, fathers are playing major roles in the upbringing of their little one. Being a care taker fathers are playing a very good role in better nurturing of their children. Furthermore, father is raising his child in a better manner as initially he prepares his offspring how to tackle the problems by not pampering them much where sometimes mother loose due to their pampering and unconditional love for their child. last but not the least, menwho are indulged in these steps are changing the conventional thinking of people who rhinks thar father cannot be a good guardian for the child.
