The bar chart illustrates the percentage of both groups of Malaysian who are doing regular exercise based on their lifetimes in the time of 2010.
Overall the youngest generation of males is regularly doing exercises in upwards trends. However, the middle to oldest age ladies is increasingly involved in the exercise. Furthermore, both sex groups showed fluctuations depending on their age groups.
To begin with, the youngest age males from 15 to 24 increased more than 50% in their regular physical activities than the youngest ladies. Both sex of age above 65 are equal proportion showed around 46%. However other generations of males showed a downward trend than ladies of the same age.
Secondly, the females of 45 to 64 are shown the same percentages are doing regular activities about 53%, so that it’s same to 15 to 24 age of males. 35- 44 generations of ladies participated about 51% it’s approximately a 2% decrease from the highest percentages. Therefore most of the females showed increased levels of regular exercise than males except for 15 to 24 years old as the 25 to 34 ages of ladies were about to 5%higher than the male groups.
