it is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction

it is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction 3a8jX
A school of thought holds that teaching children how to disgusting right and wrong as a child, while alternative stance asserts that using punishment is good way education with children. The purpose of this essay is to discuss both sides of this contentious argument and then explain why I agree with both views. On the one hand, proponents of learning the difference between right and wrong at an early age tend to point out a combination of reasons. First and foremost, a child who gets instruction positive and negative at a young age is likely to develop discipline and good behavior. Discipline would help a child learn to be responsible and how to make choices. A disciplined child, for example, could not scream and mat at their parents for buying something. Another compelling reason is that education could help young children become well-behaved child when they grow up. To illustrate, if parents ‘children have good behavior, they always share their toy with them. On the other hand, I advocate those who believe that punishment is an essential part of educating children. The primary reason is that punishment should always be associated with some lesson for children. The positive punishment help children remember longer and do not impact children’s physical and mental. One such example of this is that Japanese parents always ask their children to plant trees as a punishment and most likely they would not repeat that. Furthermore, punishment is also teaching the child not to misbehave. For example, when parents visit with friends, kids feel left out, and throwing a tantrum is a great way to attract attention. At that time, parents should have a positive punishment by slapping to help them reduce the bad habit. In conclusion, I believe that both sides are justifiable. However, on balance, although, have to learn about positives and negatives at this age and punishment is one of the effective ways. (319 words)
