In contemporary life, there are a lot of things to make people's minds occupied. One of them is accommodation. It is common belief that purchasing a home rather than renting one. Nevertheless, it is undeniable that the issue have some benefits and drawbacks, but I personally believe that the former overweighs the latter. In the first place, there are several compelling reasons why people might argue that renting house is better. Nowadays, rent a house is the best solution for middle class family. Because of the inflationary, price of house increase dramatically so a normal people are hardly to buy it which cost them an arm and a leg. For example, in developed countries, owning property become the dream of citizen like Japan, HongKong and so on. Moreover, governments in some countries have a loan policy for people to buy a house, but they will take out huge loans and end up taking a long time to pay. On the other hand, this phenomenon is highly beneficial to individuals and the society. Firstly, they will permanently dwell in the house forever. For example, in Asia countries, people believe that owning a house is a basis to make a stable family, so everyone dreams to have their own poverty. Moreover, they can decorate the house and change facilities according to their preference without having to ask permission. Secondly, they will have a generate passive income from their real property. For instance, they can rent the other house and they will receive money every month that help them have more money while they have a job. Finally, they can get a capital gains from home.   As an example,   the price of real estate is increasing daily, especially houses in the center or in front of the main street, they will have a huge profit from the house if they sell it.
