That is why, we more concern about the money that we will get if we start work with the job that we choose. But unfortunately, in real life we realized there are some unfair situations that give you bad effect to your work life for example low fee. In many countries especially Indonesia, wages for some types of job are much higher than wages other types of job. A number of people feel unfair about what happened, but I think is fair if the job that have so many works is the one that get big wages. For example, in company there is a hierarchy which are there are some many positions of job from low to high. The lower position you get the smallest wages that you will get, that is what I always believe all the time. That is why the job should be paid based on how many tasks and pressure of the work. There is a standard amount of salary that company should be paid to the workers. In Indonesia we called it UMR, it means minimum wages that government rule. Workers should be paid based on minimum wages, then for the upper position they will get more bonus or get higher wages than the standard. In my opinion, differentiate in wages is a common thing that happened in working. It should be fine if the company paid higher salary for some types of work due to the fact that it has to balance the task and pressure that workers got.
