Dear sir/madamThis letter is to inform you that, on November 2, 2022, I booked a flight from your airline company and was supposed to travel on the said date because the time of my departure escaped me. I had to pick a bus to make it to my destination. This has caused me so much that I have lost some of my business partners, because I couldn’t show up on time on our schedule meeting time. I have another appointment on December 2, 2022 and I would like to plead with your noble airline if I can be refunded of my missed flight or pay half of my next bookings, that is on December 2, 2022.
