Happiness is a person's feeling after being internally satisfied. Some of the people have the perception that happiness depends on person's state of mind while other thinks that it is due to external factors. This essay will discuss why jubilation is due to both mind situation and other outer factors.
On the one hand, psychologists believed that satisfaction comes through when one is internally satisfied. An individual has an ability to control once emotions. For example: A student desired to score full marks in the exams but unfortunately had one marks less, would make him unhappy. As the person was was not internally satisfied. These few instances bolstered the fact that happiness is state of once inner satisfaction.
On the other hand, pleasure also depends on the external factors because the person could not cannot stay happy is everything is going against is expectation. Obviously, the person who didn't have enough money to buy food. Money would be source of happiness for him. Thus, the perception that happiness depend on one's inner satisfaction is ill formed as nature should also be in the favour of an individual.
In conclusion, I think there is need of external happiness as well because individual would definitely feel depressed if things would not go as per his requirements.
