It is believed that governments should spend its capital on railway than roads. However, I completely disagree with this statement as I think the investment in roads is far better
First of all, traffic jams are the most popular issue in the entire world. Spending money on the improvements of the roads will definitely decline the number of the jams. when it comes to railways, they hardly ever face this kind of case. There are a lot of problems which can be caused by traffic jams. For instance, people can be late for their job as result of the unexpected circumstances. Without investments, solutions can not be found.
Unlike railways, transactions and transactions between companies in the cities are mostly carried out by using the roads. That is why governments’ economy is directly dependent on the roads as the faster transactions are made the better economy is. I assume, money which is spent on the roads is more adventurous than on the railways. Despite roads, the railways are mostly organised in the good way and it almost does not have drawbacks so there is no reason to spend money on them.
In conclusion. It is wiser to spend money on the roads as it cause a lot of issues and it more profitable to the governments
