For many, shopping malls are great places to spend their leisure time and meet others. People, however, in the past mostly visited shopping malls when necessary. To what extent do you think this is a negative trend?

In the recent day shopping malls are gaining popularity among larger group of people. Whereas in the earlier days fewer number of the demographic society opted going to malls. In this essay we will argue why malls are widely chosen and has created a positive trend especially in the urban regions. The temptation mostly for the younger generations and the multifold advantage the shopping centers provide cant be ignored. What better than multiple options all in one stop? Saves a lot of time having to drive to multiple places to get all that one need plus plethora of options to choose from everything under the same roof. For instance, I can drive to the mall to catch up with my friends, go to the movies and then have dinner at some restaurant in the place. Later I can plan for some grocery or pleasure shopping before I head back home. What more fun than hopping in and off the stores searching for the best deal? However the disadvantage is of single fold. The only effect is on small vendors who may be effected by the larger marketers. Life is a raise isn't it? In order to keep up with the demand they will need to come up with something more to entertain the crowd. In contrary, if they don't think of alternate plans to attract more customers they may run out of business. For instance, provide more discount and good quality of products and who wouldn't love if its lite on their wallet, the crowd flows to the smaller stores if the offer is genuine and small vendors can still be in profit irrespective of the sharks in the market. Ultimately, Malls are a great source of entertainment to a vast number of people as it has lot of options under the same roof. Hence if its accepted by a majority of the crowd its never a negative trend.
