Dear Sir,
I am an employee of the agrarian sector at Gorky town in Uzbekistan, and I have been sent for a fortnight business trip at Veterinary University in Samarkand next month.
I would appreciate it if you could find me an accommodation for fourteen days.
It would be better if you give me a list of addresses that I could write to them for this matter to solve. I would like to stay a family house who the host is a farmer because the opportunity gives me to get some important advice on my major. A room with a single bed and a table, which I can write my findings during my trip, is enough to live in a few days.
It will need me for fortnight from 10th of May to the 14th of May. I would like to arrive only a day before the exact time of my trip issue.
Could you also please tell me the cost of accommodation for such spell of time.
