I am writing to complain about the noise which is in your flat. I know that your flat was hired by 5 tenants who work in restaurants as a musician at nights. Firstly, they make a lot of noise by their musical instruments.
In spite of my notices, they are going on making a noise. We live 10 family in our cottage. All of them work and exhausted after hard working day and want to relax at nights. However, they play musical instruments loudly and disturb our peace. In addition, they stand in the balcony and talk aloud on the phone for long hours and smoke all time as well.
Moreover, I am preparing for my IELTS exam. I consider it is difficult study in such a noisy atmosphere and the smoke cause my breathing problems since I have an asthmatic patient. Besides, I have written to you twice but you have not taken any action. Please! Instruct your tenants to live without disturbing others.
