Staying active and having several relationships is crucial in human life. In recent years, experts have said that elderly people have face-to-face loneliness and lack fitness. In this essay, I will examine the cause of these problems and propose some solutions. There are several reasons why many older adults decline in physical fitness. This can be caused by many factors such as poor diet, lack of physical activities, and chronic health conditions. Furthermore, elderly people are always afraid of injuries and fall from exercises In addition to a lack of fitness, many elderly people suffer from loneliness. The main cause of this problem is a lack of communication. It is hard to find someone to confine with them at their age. Another cause is modern technologies are developing quickly. That makes elderly people hard to catch up with and struggle to use digital devices and social platforms. There are several solutions to these problems. Firstly, special classes for yoga and low-intensity workouts should be held for older adults. This will bring more prospects to create many relationships and improve their physical health. Secondly, we can raise elderly people's awareness of using mobile phones. This will break the barrier to joining social networks and connect their families and neighbors via the Internet. Hence, they won't suffer from loneliness anymore. In conclusion, the cause of loneliness and lack of fitness in elderly people and suggest some solutions have been mentioned above.
