employees may don't prefer new graduates because of lack of experience

It is common to hear that some employees may don't want to hire new graduates because those students may neither have enough experience nor the knowledge to do so; furthermore, training them would cost money and waste time which companies are trying to avoid. In my essay, I will suggest two solutions to solve this issue. In my opinion, as a first solution, I think we might need to reconsider and improve the curriculum and especially at universities and colleges. Many courses that have been taught are old and not up-to-date which they are not coming along with the company's requirements and basic needs. Companies, on the other side, are developing constantly as per the market requirements. As a result, a knowledge gap has been created between the fresh graduates and the market needs which makes it difficult for those students to fit in and accordingly lose job opportunities. Therefore, if those courses have been improved to be relevant and updated, there will be a demand to hire fresh graduates. The other solution that I believe it would contribute to reducing the effect of this issue is to connect the student with companies and markets from the very beginning during all educational levels. Consequently, the student, that's later will be a job seeker, would be so familiar with the market. On the other hand, the employers would be fully aware of the level of education for those students. Therefore, a trusted relationship will be built that would help employers make the hiring decision. In conclusion, it seems there is no easy and direct solution to fix this issue. The only solution is to build a bridge between the current needs of companies and the education system.
