Eating habits always change by time. There is a lot of junk food nowadays. People don't think about the effect of these nutrients too much. In addition, these products contain a lot of additives that are harmful to human health. It plays a big role in the brain development of children. Also, eating too much junk food leads to obesity. A very important experiment was conducted on 297 children in England. At the end of the study, it was found that behavioural disorders such as hyperactivity, attention deficit, concentration disorder and learning difficulty were more common in children in the group who drank fruit juices with additives. As a result junk food affects the focus very badly One of the impacts of eating junk food on people's bodies is obesity. Recently, human studies have revealed that junk food contributes to reduced satiety, increased eating rates, and greater weight gain.
