Reading has always been a part of my daily routine, its one of the hobbies i have had for a very long time, I remember my first book being the alchemist by Paulo coelho, which made my into the books fanatic I am today. Over the course of the past year i have read many books ranging from sciences to religion, but my favourite book is a novel i came upon not long ago, its a book by an arabic author named Amin maalouf, this novel called the Disoriented talks about A man named Adam who is originaly from Lebanon and due to the crisis that follows his home country at that time had to leave it behind and go to france searching for a better life, But now as one of his friends or former friends is dying adam has to go back there for the first time in 25 years, this journey takes him back in time, reliving old memories, meeting with past friends and lovers reconnecting with some while not being able to stand what others have become, Adams journey is one where you discover yourself in along side Adam, And what makes this novel my favourite is the ending where the author leaves us at a cliff hanger making anyone reading this use the ending he finds best.
