To start a fitness program, you must set a realistic guide for yourself. You need to jot down what to do to achieve every day to follow your goals. Give yourself a star when you achieve a goal. There are many other ways to exercise in and outside the home. We can stand on one foot for as long as we can, cleaning the house provides good exercise for every member of the family. Gardening also provides opportunities to move the body. Moreover, house managers enjoy doing their housework with music.
