For instance over the decade or so people's Work time have increased, they are are expected to do more overtime, they are also supposed to perform the task given to them by their boss without complaints. Moreover. Nowadays both parents working has become a Common thing. For example in Japan parents work ridiculous hours and they most of the time hire hanny's to look after they kids, over the years also the people dying from exhaustion from work has increased. These are some of the reasons However, There scenarios can be overcome if both the parents put a little bit of effort. For instance both the parents should aling their schedule. to take some time out from career and focus on family even if it is for an hour. Secondly they should take regular vacations to spend their time on their family even if it means taking some days off, Apart from this the goverment should also encourage subsidies that allow the person to take vacations especially newly parents. A great example of this would be the Norwegian goverment that allows the newly parents to take paid holidays of upto 1 month.
