Due to so many young people dropping out from schools, the rate of unemployment is increasing and it affects our society in different ways. In your opinion, how can this situation be improved?

The issue of leaving the school at early age without completing one's education, is commonly observed as the cause of rising rate of unemployment. This concern has led this essay towards two major points: the causes, which includes heavy school fees and unhealthy school environment; and few measures to curb, which involves reduction in tuitions fee of schools and constituting committee by the schools. The hefty schools fees on the students can be the concerning factor. The burden of heavy levy of various charges by the Schools, which is being unnecessarily charged is not only makes students to leave their schooling at early age, but also leads them to do part time work in their adolescents ages due to the financial insufficiency to pay the fees. In additions to it, owing to the sick surroundings within some schools makes many students specially the girls to drop their studies in between; as many younger students treated inappropriately within the school premises, so it results in creating threat in their minds to continue studies. Had Radha, my cousin, not experienced the misbehave from her Science teacher, She would not had been left her studies in between. Despites the aforementioned reasons, the issues of rise in unemployment due to stepping back without completing the education by the students can be sorted by taking timely measures. Firstly, the Educational Officials ought to pass strict orders to curb the unessential charges of the schools, such that stringiest actions must be taken against those who are found to be guilty. Secondly, if the Schools arrange regular seminars by the relevant committees awaring about students rights and post implications of leaving the schools in between, then many children's may become familiar with the school staff to discuss the issue might causing issue to them. A survey by Times Magazine, 2021 editions, stated that Mexico has reported the least school drop outs by reducing tuition fees and conducting various programs within the schools. To recapitulate, although the heavy fees and inappropriate behavior with the school’s students has led them towards unemployment, the timely actions in reducing such fees and arranging meeting can control this alarming issue within the sport span of time
