Nowadays, physicians believe that individuals are not doing physical activities. This essay will articulate some of its causes such as hectic schedule and people have not enough time and propose some some possible solutions to alleviate this. To embark on the major causes, these days peole have no enough time because they are busy in their work s. In the modern time, people only prefer to money and intake of food. They only run for achieving their targets as well as success. Also, people become lazy and spend their time in the front of of the screen. For instance, BBC news conducted a survey that, people who are employees in companies they working for a fixed time in a whole day and they have no time to do regular exercises. Hence regular workout is mandatory people who neglect to do the exercise, they get number of diseases. To overcome this problem, government encourage to the individuals to do regular exercise such as authorities can organise the campaigns in the local parks and school to motivate the persons. London, for example, people do regular exercise for the 30 minutes and then they do their another works. Therefore, every people should physical movements for the fitness of their body and to keep healthy.
