Dear Sir, I am Sangeetha Somarajan. I am a teacher in St. Theresa's girls high school Mysore. Our school is situated 4km away from Mysore palace and museum. I am writing this letter to ask your permission to visit the palace and museum with some of my students from 10th standard. As a part of the curriculum, they have to do a history project based on royal family and their life. It would be greateful if you provide a tour guide to explain to the construction of Tippu Sulthan's palace and his life in that era. I hope the museum will provide visual information about old weapons, coins, furnitures and so on. Could you please allow us to click pictures of antique pieces displayed in the museum. We are planning to visit on 25th April, Monday. There will be 20 students and two faculties. Could you please send me a detailed email explaining the timings and things to carry with us.
