Dear John,
Thank you for the trip plans you have shared with me in your last email. I am pleased to tell you that I was able to get more leaves from my office and now we can opt for the second plan in that list. I am sure that you will be able to adjust the weekends as well so that we do not have to rush for either departure or arrival.
My family is a little concerned about the hotel bookings and the facilities that they are going to get on the go. Can we please try to ensure that the rooms are clean with all the necessary facilities included like iron, television, extra pair of shoes for the toilet, smooth wifi connection, air conditioning, a prayer matt with direction clearly specified on the wall, nice and friendly staff. Also it will be nice if you can arrange a nice five seater car for us from any reputable car rental company that we can use in order to move around the city.
I am just in the middle of finalizing the number of members from my family who are willing to join me on the trip. As soon as it is done, I will proceed and transfer half of the payment to your bank account. I am assuming that the banking details mentioned in your last email are the ones to be used in this context, but if there is any change kindly do let me know.
