Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to you to ask for your students’ help in a superb activity which is devoted to the environmental protection for “clean-up” weekend.
Present event takes place every week in order to keep clean our planet. Each of the citizen could participate and make a contribution for saving the Earth. Every week our organization determine the particular school which would be given the exact territory for cleaning, planting and flourishing the nearest area. All necessary equipment will be provided by the organization.
This way as the student are the future generation take into the consideration that the safety of the nature completely depends on each of them. Then they could keep clean the nearby territory systematically.
I am looking forward hearing from you your positive agreement.
