The world's largest system of governing ended it is journey when WW1 broke. Obviously it was clear to get a new system to compensate the monarchy system and European countries renewed a former system of governing used by the Greek civilization and called "democracy". "Demo" means people and "Cracy" means government. But this structure does not bring the hope that people were having towards it. Therefore why democracy is not important to bring development?
First of all, it allows interest in bank which has a huge impact on the building of society. Primarily, it does not balance the community and it just increases the rich richness and the poor poorness. After all, it lead hatred among the people for wherever it exists and interrupted the stability and coexistence as it happened in Sudan. In Jan 2018 the demonstration of employers in Sudan caused the death of 12 people. Furthermore, it makes rich people to be selfish and consider only their source of income not about the people.
In addition, the recurrent alteration of leaders in country creates instability and segregation among them. In the first place, the political parties encouraged a break in the society in which the people in the same house will support different leaders. Additionally, each new elected nominated responsible tries when he/she comes to seat to do everything on their own way, even, if it costs to withdraw the former responsible achievements. For instance, if he/she comes to ministry of education they will try to change the syllabus.
At the same time, this system contributes corruption in many ways. First, it does not have strong criteria’s when choosing the people linking with their personal values such as honest and sincerity. It will be enough if you have just some justification of degrees and masters to get that seat. Similarly, the large number of government departments led many people to lost money. We could say that the biggest factor that makes the corruption to occur is due to the week institutions and since no one is asked about their action.
In conclusion, democracy cannot go with the development of countries since it does not satisfy its requirements. This system allows the interest which is injustice to the poor people. Also, it supports the multiple political parties and contributes corruption indirectly.
