Tourism is important for airline, meals, small and middle job. Which country accept a lot of tourist you can see and eat a lot of tasty street meals there. Some historical cities own economies built on top of tourism today. They accept many visitors every year such cities belong to Paris, Mexico, Roma, Seville and so on. The most important of these is safety. Local administration has to organize historical places to protect, from especially visitor. Sometimes tourists are rude to the ancient monument, harming them.
