Dear Sir or madam, Currently I am living in a shared room with Mr. Manzoor. Its a small room with attached washroom. We have other facilities inside our room as per standard operating procedure. Having said that we have few issues which I want to highlight so that can find solution according to that. First of all there is a huge issue of cleaners. that is why bed bugs are causing more issues time to time. Secndly there is no window and we cannot have direct sunlight. Thirdly neighbour rooms are causing noise pollution by keeping louding speaking on high volume. I would request to change my room and moved to new room so that I can concentrate on my work and also i can sleep on time. I would love to have a room in polite place and if you can suggest any bigger room than current one. I would really be thankful. Secondly i want that room must be clean, so we must no have bed bugs problem anymore. For removing bed bugs from cost a lot. which i cannot affor currently since i am a student. So i would prefer to have a clean room to avoid such situation in future. I am hoping that you will approve my request as per policy and will help me to shift to new which is available.
