essay about yoga

essay about yoga lOprX
Yoga is a practice that requires a high degree of integration of mind and body at the same time. Many people like to practice yoga because yoga brings a lot of benefits to the practitioner. Firstly, yoga helps to improve the flexibility of the body. With movements and postures from basic to advanced, yoga helps the muscles and body to be moved to be healthier. This makes the body much more flexible. You can easily perform difficult movements such as twisting, bending, using your hands to support the whole body on high, . . . without feeling pain. In one study, it was found that after 8 weeks of yoga, body flexibility increased by 35%. Secondly, Yoga helps to bring the perfect figure to the practitioner. Yoga has many postures and movements that force muscles to work with high productivity, so it has effectively increased the burning of excess fat. Some yoga exercises also help lose weight such as ustrasana - camel pose to reduce belly fat, hastottanasana - lean back to burn fat in the hips, . . . Regular and moderate yoga practice will bring you good results a slim body, a well-proportioned and toned body. Besides, regular yoga practice also helps to reduce stress and anxiety. Yoga exercises help you feel relaxed after the pressures of work and life. When there are too many dominant emotions such as: disappointment, anger, regret, fear, . . . then a gentle yoga practice will reduce, even dispel the fluctuations in the mind, bring you back to equilibrium. To sum up, yoga brings a lot of benefits both physically and mentally to the practitioner. We should practice yoga regularly and properly to enhance health, make the body more flexible and supple, get a perfect physique and a refreshing mind.
