The table displays the weight of society between 1999 and 2009. Overall, the table separates the weights into three different part such “under”, “normal”, and “over”, and examine the women and men population under them.
Firstly, half of the people were always close to the average weight, between 47 and 51 percent were the numbers that the female population collects in the period of 1999 to 2009, same goes for males, however, they have never reached half of them, the highest rate was %48 at a normal weight.
There was a minimal increase in the number of women between 1999 to 2004 in “under weight”, then it followed by a slight decrease of 28 percent in 2009. Although men’s group had reduced first then gained a considerable expand.
Lastly, the women’s group expanded by three percent and reached 21% five years later the number of females weight went down to 19%. The number of males significantly fell to 23% in 2004 then they continued to lose kilos and in 2009, only 19% of male population was overweight.
