I am a housewife and a have 5 children. All of them stay at house alone. They like watching TV, playing online games and very payful. My husband wors like manager of the office. He didn't know about buying a new TV. They like watching TV, playing online games and very payful.
Your company knows that last week I have bought a television to my children, so after several days it didn't work, we couldn't watch anything. After that my husband Mike called to your companies service and said about problem, they said that they will repair it on March 23, but we are not received any help from a customer service.
So I request an immediate replacement of the TV and expect I reply from you as soon as possible. I also believe I deserve an apology from your service center.
