Steps to how to save someone's life during cardiac arrest using CPR

Steps to how to save someone's life during cardiac arrest using CPR Dbe6o
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is one of the saving methods offered to a person suffering from cardiac arrest. Cardiac arrest is when the heart suddenly stops pumping blood to the body. There are two kind of CPR, chest compresions and rescue breath ( mouth to mouth resuscitation). Here are some steps on how to save someone's life during cardiac arrest using CPR. First of all, before you start with the steps, call the emergency. Then you can start by making sure that the patient is lying on his back. kneel beside them. Then Put the bottom of your hand on the centre of their chest. After that you should push hard, keep your arms straight, and use your body weight. The chest should move down and up. Press for 100-120 times a minute. So you have done all you can now wait for medical help to arrive. Try to repeat the steps until they arrive, if you are tired, ask someone who knows to take over. In the event that this does not help, you can do another type of artificial respiration, which is direct breathing from mouth to mouth, doing it as follows: After pressing the patient's chest as mentioned above and after exactly 30 compressions, raise the patient's head slightly, then close his nose, and blow from your mouth for a second directly into his mouth, doing this twice to reach the best results.
