Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment about a tour in Sydney offered by your company.
First of all, I love travelling. I have visited most of sightseeings in Australia. Obviously, that I expected that it would be an unusual tour. According to your advirtesement, you promised to show the inside of the Opera House. In fact, the bus was lated, we had no enough time and did not get inside.
Secondly, there a lot of historical and cultural places in Sydney. I am fond of history and wanted to know more about it. Hovewer, the guide talked about fashion and glamorous people living in Sydney. To be honest, we were annoying by his speech.
Last but not least, nobody talked about special clothes and shoes for visiting the Blue Mountains. I have weared T-shirt and sandals. Thus, I felt uncomfortable without special equipment and clothes.
As a result, I would like the full refund for this awful trip.
