Moreover they had proved in representing their capabilities for the above mentioned detail by getting incentives and increments for the given tasks. For example, it has been noticed in news that the maximum posts filled for job vacancy in multinational companies is by the candidates from all over the world and complies may choose the appropriate one with a lower wage. Thus maximum optimization and least salaries are preferred by the employers.
Nevertheless, another group of people holds and opposite principle, and has their own reasons. Local workers have the skills to do any kind of job, all what they need is appreciation in addition they can be trusted more than the foreigners. For instance, the famous magazine "Forbes" has surveyed that spirits of leading a country to its heights has only been seen in the natives rather than the aliens. Thus boosting own citizens is the best way for getting the work to be done without hurting the spirits of nationalism.
