Dear Fitness club facility manager,
I am writing to you with great concern about my disappointment towards the miserable condition of the changing room in your sport centre.
I am one of the members of your club who have recently came and discovered some problems and the substandard facilities of the changing room there. Firstly, it is very dark inside, as no light bulbs installed. Secondly, there are neither hangers nor shelves in the wardrobe. Therefore all those cause inconvenience to users.
Despite I have made a complaint earlier to the fitness club manager associate assistant, I noticed that my complaint has not been fully processed and my request has not been fully accepted. Owing to the fact I decided to approach you right away.
I would like you to take action at your earliest convenience, otherwise you can lose all your clients at your sport centre, due to the fact of the poor condition of the changing room. As almost all these club members need to use that room.
I would appreciate your immediate response.
