It is true that modernization influenceed the family pattern in term of their size. There are various reasons behind this attitude and this change affect the community. There are various reasons that parents tend to create a small family. Firstly, nowadays parents are more involved in their job than before and there is no spare time to spend on growing their kids. Secondly, needs of children have been significantly shifted from food and primary needs to more complicated requirements. For example in the past the role for father in the family is limited to prepare income for feeding their large family, and mother has to cook, while nowadays parents should discover the mental and physical needs and nurturing their kids. Finally, the relationship between family members is used to be strong in the past and they support each other whereas these days individuals trend to be more independent.
