I’m writing to apologise for damaging the laptop which I borrowed from you last week.
To be honest, I cann’t defend my actions and have been so guilty that causes of my carelessness. I know that tool is how not only important but also essential to you as a gift of your father.
What happened is that I was working on it while my baby interrupted me as a result it fell down and the screen has broken. To tell the truth, I should be exteremely careful about it because of your belong.
However, I have immediately sent it to be repaired. It would be as good as new when I get it back next week. Anyway, the laptop would be completely fixed, otherwise I will refund to you the damaged amount of it.
Again, I’m sorry for the event. I hope you will accept my apologies and forgive me.
