In modern society, average life expectancy is gradually increasing. Many people think that this is a harmless thing and it will not impact the specific development of the world. On the contrary, it has caused some dilemmas for numerous countries. Although there will undoubtedly be some negative consequences of this tendency, societies can take steps to mitigate these potential problems.
It is true that average life expectancy of an individual is increasing rapidly nowadays due to the worldwide - improvement in the sector of economy, education, social politic and health services. The aging population has caused some problems for the government in spite of the positive development. First of all, since the number of senior people increases, the budget that the government must provide for the retirement fund and healthcare rise automatically. Secondly, when we have many old people, the lack of workers will happen. It will lead to stagnating economic growth.
