Health plays an important role in a person’s life as good health supports us to live life to the fullest with what people desire to do. Therefore, they need to have a green lifestyle to stay. This requires us to have a balanced lifestyle with some popular remedies as follows:  healthy eating, regular exercises, and stress reduction. First of all, Healthy eating is the foundation for preventing many diseases, including diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and high blood pressure. Junk foods should be avoided as they do not have any nutrients, so no point in eating them. Instead of these quick and unhealthy foods, a diet rich in leafy greens, fresh vegetables, fruits, milk, and fish, which are high in nutrients, is recommended. Second, Doing exercise regularly is a good way of staying healthy. Running and cycling, for example, are crucial workouts to maintain the body healthy and fit. Working out every day is great, but there are other ways to exercise and stay healthy. You can play sports when you're young, or practising yoga and t'ai chi when you reach middle age. Therefore, find some time about 15 to 30 minutes per a day to do exercises. Getting adequate sleep is also essential for keeping healthy. Having enough sleep also plays an important role in staying healthy. After a long day of work, our bodies can benefit from a good night's sleep, allowing us to feel rested and energized. If at all feasible, we should sleep for 6-8 hours to allow our bodies to properly rejuvenate. Furthermore, stress reduction is extremely beneficial to people's health. Longevity is also linked with low levels of stress and anxiety. A popular way to relieve stress in today's busy lifestyles is practising meditation and yoga. Besides, people should experience more joy in life, making their mood happier and more comfortable. This certainly results in a healthier body.
