Study habits can be described as effective or ineffective depending on each individual's learning. I need to mention the following fact that I tend to plan specific times for studying and try to not doing too much study at one time. I find it efficient for the reason that deviding subjects in to smaller sections helps me to learn more effectively and get less tired. It will also be useful due to staying focused. As an illustration, I have made a timetable for myself, alloting a certain number of hours for all the subjects. This beneficial habit has always been constructive to me except for when I am truly exhausted and stressed. On the other hand, a glaring example of my study habit is being distracted by cell phone. This has caused me to waste a tone of time and stay behind my schedule. To clarify, the reason why I am reluctant to change this bad habit is I cannot take distance from social media. I have realized that distraction has a negative influence on study time and quality of learning, so I should eliminate all forms of distraction including mobile devices, television and computers, when trying to focus on study. As a result, I believe that I can break this bad habit with determination and practice.
