Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Anna Smith and I recently placed an order at your company`s web site using my e-mail ansmth@yahoo. com. Particularly Samsung Galaxy A40 mobile phone has been bought and delivered yesterday (order reference number is 4305678).
It was a bit of a surprise that the device did not (didn`t) start working when I tried to switch on this. Therefore, the phone was decided to re-charge after user manual had been reviewed carefully. Although all the required steps per instructions for use have been completed, indicated issue has not been resolved.
Taking into consideration, a purchase agreement includes warranty services, my proposal is to deliver back Galaxy A40 item and to fulfill diagnostics to define the reason this device is not working properly. Considering investigation results, mobile phone should be replaced or refunded depends on which procedure is possible right now. Please, inform me through e-mail what further actions are required from my side to start an investigation.
